How Pilates Helped Me: Pilates education has created in me the skills to help align my own body. The greatest gift I have received through my Pilates lifestyle is my own awareness in movement throughout daily life.
Why I Enjoy Teaching Pilates: I enjoy teaching Pilates because of the healing qualities it creates in all who desire its benefits. Everybody deserves a beautiful life full of carefree movement and perfect balance, what a blessing it is for me to be part of that process.

Favorite Exercise: The Series of 5!!! These 5 exercises are powerful tools from which strong cores can flourish and supported backs can stem! Talk about fire in the belly!
